Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant starts preparing your food. Once the food is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

If you wish to cancel, check the order status in the app. If cancellation is available, you will see an option to cancel.

Note: Freshozapcart reserves the right to cancel an order in case of operational or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

2. Refund Policy

  • Canceled Orders: Full refund before preparation starts.
  • Delayed or Undelivered Orders: Eligible for full/partial refund depending on issue.
  • Quality Issues: Request refund within 24 hours with photos via the app.
  • Payment Issues: Refunds for failed or double transactions within 5–7 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Steps:

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Select the order
  3. Tap Help & Support > Request Refund
  4. Provide details and images (if applicable)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Food not to personal taste
  • Incorrect address provided by user
  • Late cancellations (after food preparation has started)
